Hello, I am looking to sublease my apartment. I live in the Fenimore Trace Apartment Complex in Watervliet, NY. The complex is very clean, safe, and quiet each apartment is also authorized two parking spots. It has a pool and a small fitness center that is Free to all tenants.The staff at Fenimore Trace is Awesome!! There is 24 hour maintenance. I have never had a problem, they actually just recently renovated the apartment with a new air conditioner, new shower heads, aerotators for all of the faucets, a new thermostat, new energy efficient light bulbs, and they also shampoo the carpets every new lease term. There is also a laundry room in every building. The rent is $1005 and it includes heat and hot water we are willing to lease it out for $900 dollars since we are short on time. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The living room is large!! And it has a galley kitchen with a dishwasher. I am looking to sublease my apartment during the time frame of December 31, 2012- August 2013 (8 months lease term).
