2-3 unfurnished bedrooms for rent temp / month-to-month (Duluth near Gwinnett place ) $500 3bd

I am currently living in a home owned by friends who divorced each other and moved out. They have not yet received a Notification of Foreclosure so we safely assume that we have at least 60-90 days and until then will rent the room out via rental contract on a month-to-month basis to protect all parties involved. Another possibility would be that if you and I hit it off as good roommates here that we could get a place together in 2013- perhaps in Jasper, Buford or Cumming which would put me closer to my 2 y/o son. THE HOUSE Located in Duluth two miles from Pleasant Hill Rd., close to Gwinnett Place Mall, Walmart, Aldi, and much more. Downstairs: living room, dining room, kitchen, den, half-bath, office with wireless high-speed internet, laundry room with washer and dryer. YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO ALL. I currently use the den as the living room. The "real" living room is very nice, is currently empty, and measures 18' x 12'. We can discuss making that your personal living room, a storage area, OR I may rent it out as a fourth bedroom. There is an enclosed garage but it is used for storage so you would have to park in the large driveway. The office is sizeable and if you want to set up your computer there across from mine, you would have to either furnish a desk or purchase the wooden one you see in the photo as we already have it up for sale for $40. Upstairs: I am in the master bedroom that has its own bath within. There are two other bedrooms (UNfurnished 10 x 10 and UNfurnished 11 x 11) that I am renting out. Both have a closet and celing fan, and there is a full bath upstairs to be shared by the two renters of those bedrooms. As of now the first floor of the home is a "smoking area" but that may be negotiable or we can designate just one room for smoking, but I prefer to have no smoking or dogs upstairs. As of now there are two indoor dogs- I MAY consider a third but a cat may not be a good idea. It is not a new home so there are issues with paint, carpet, etc., but it's not a dump by any means. Rodents and bugs are not welcome lol ME: 47 y/o white male. I work part-time out of the home but am seeking full-time work. I am usually here unless I spend the occasional night away. Although he doesn't live with me, I'm the daddy of a 2-y/o who will be here to spend the night 1-4 times a month. I love cold beers but never 'cross the line.' I'm a nightowl but if you aren't one it won't affect you as I'll be downstairs in the office. YOU: Be employed and at your current job for at least 90 days. Have a vehicle as I DO NOT and the closest highway (Walmart, etc.) is 2 miles away. I'm not by any means saying that I'll expect you to be my chauffer, but ONE of us needs to have a vehicle in case we want to go grocery shopping together or something. I'm not looking for someone overly sociable, but have a personality and sense of humor =) Due to past experiences with males I will likely be more comfortable with a female but any gender and some alternative lifestyles are welcome to apply. No drugs will be tolerated. REQUIRED: Be willing to provide a background check. Felons need not apply. Credit check not necessary but if you are in good standing with area utility companies, that's a plus Minimum dollar amount DUE BEFORE MOVE-IN will be one month's rent PLUS a deposit of an equal amount. As you can see, the size and layout of this home open a lot of options for us. If you are a single parent perhaps we can work something out whereas I can babysit your child, but that would depend on your work schedule. Depending on whether you rent the "other" living room as your own, rent & utilities combined would run you $500-$600 a month for one bedroom and full run of the house.
