We are super close to downtown, Bouldin, and South Congress as well (less than 2 miles). Everywhere and everything that you want to do in Austin is a short taxi or a nice bike ride away.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master has a queen size bed, with a double and 2 twin beds in the other two rooms. There is also a separate dining room, large music/art studio, nice private backyard, and room to park 3-4 cars off street. The house sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, DVD, stereo, etc.
Available for booking right now on the early bird special! Asking only $675 a night if you book before January 15th. After that, the price will increase to $750 a night. Full house rental only - no rooms. No pets or strong perfumes please. $500 deposit required.
