Hey there! I'm looking for someone to take over my rent at Campus Crossings on Highland Road starting January 2013 through the begininng of August 2013. It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bath FULLY FURNISHED apartment with 2 female roommates. When you look at the floor plan, the bedroom I'm subleasing is alone near the entryway. The rent is $650 a month with utilities included but I'm having you pay only $625 and I'll pay the extra $25 a month! There is no sub-leasing fee either. As an added bonus, I'm going to pay your January rent. You can easily walk to campus, CVS and restaurants. Small pets are welcome with a pet fee. Amenities include full kitchens, laundry rooms, fitness center, tanning bed, sand volleyball court, pool and computer/printing area. The gated community is very safe and friendly.
