Hello, I am NEEDING to sublease my 1 bedroom apartment in baton rouge, LA due to job relocation. The apartment is all wood floors, excluding the bedroom, which is carpeted. It has a nice sized living room, a small dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom has bathtub/shower combination. The bedroom has a walk in closet with racks and shelves and is plenty spacious. From my experience, this is the biggest 1 bedroom apartment I have ever lived in, and BY FAR the cheapest. It is in a perfect location, just a mile or two from LSU campus, and about a mile and a half from the interstate. I don't do much driving because everything is minutes away. It is a perfect location and the price is incomparable. I would love to stay but I accepted a nursing position out of town.
