There are also 2 Egress windows in the Living room/Kitchen area. Additional Guests above 3 are an extra $25/ week each. Minimum rental period is one week. Guest rental fees includes Cable TV, Wi-Fi service, heat, lights, DVD player, water, sewer & garbage, and a washer / dryer upstairs which can be used.. Electric Fireplace in living room. Non- Smoking Inside. Pets negotiable. Unit use includes cooking & eating utensils, fresh bedding, towels & toiletries. Off street parking. Key/Cleaning deposit of $100.
