I am going to graduate soon and need to sublease my room at 309 E Green. It is in one of the best units of the building, in a high floor and facing north, with a great view of campus. You would be living with 3 great roommates (male) that are first year graduate students and are very easygoing. The actual unit is marked with an arrow in the picture. The building is located in the heart of campus, only three blocks from the main and engineering quads. The price shown above includes rent and all utilities, including water, electricity, internet, cable TV, etc. The building has a nice pool and jacuzzi, and also a small gym for you to exercise. Also, the lease is per room, each roommate is only responsible for his own part of the lease. The normal rent is $825, so you are getting a reduced price for everything. I am looking to move out by the end of december. Thank you.
