Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease asap and it ends july 31st. It is a one bdr. in a four bedroom house and it is very very spacious. In addition to the one bedroom you get an extra room it can be a private living room or an office. I am also throwing in a really cool desk! I am looking for a female college student but if you have a boyfriend or friend he/she can easily live there as well and just split the cost of the rent, only one person can be on the lease though. You get off street parking and huge amount of space. Your bedroom is double the size of any of the bedrooms in the house! It is an amazingly beautiful house and space and I just painted the house so it is super nice. The utilites are also pretty cheap.
