Hey girls, I'm subleasing my room starting as soon as you'd like until July 31st. My room is the closest to the front door and bathroom. It also has a ton of natural light which I love because it makes it easier to get up in the morning =). I have 2 female CofC student roommates who are great to live with and very respectful, no drama! I actually graduated last year and have been working full time but living with them has still gone great even with the lifestyle differences. Our apartment is 2 blocks from MUSC, 4 blocks from College of Charleston and walking/biking distance to anything downtown. Rent is $675/month plus 1/3 of utilities and cable which typically is around $75. There is a free laundry room on site and free off street parking is available, which is a huge plus!
