I have a family emergency and had to move home to Texas. So, I am looking to sub-lease my apartment. My room has its own bathroom, and the apartment is HUGE. I have one roommate, she is 24, is very clean, very respectful: no parties, great person. She is a first year teacher. I am looking for someone who is clean and will pay rent and bills on time. My room is big, has a huge window and has a large walk in closet (plus my bathroom is HUGE). The complex is located in the Elizabeth/Eastover area, only 2 miles from Uptown. Close to Trader Joe's, Target, and Best Buy. The complex has two pools, two work out facilities, a business center and free trash/recycling valet. Rent is $635/month. Utilities have never been more than $100/month (normally they are between $50-75). The lease runs from now (when you are available to move in!) to July 31st.
