We have two rooms available in a 5 bedroom 2 bath house on the corner of 8th St. and Pine. We need to fill these spots immediately. One is upstairs pretty normal sized with a nice closet and is $375. The other is upstairs as well and is HUGE with massive closets as well. That one is $412.
Currently we have 3 guys living here. The previous spots were 2 girls that graduated this Fall and moved away so gender isn't a factor for us.
We're all early to mid twenties and either going to school or employed in the area. Hopefully we can find someone of similar status.
Location is prime. We are across the street from the best taco truck in town as well as a liquor store and little ceasars. Walking or riding distance to campus and downtown as well. There is a bus stop half a block away as well.
