i will be moving and need a subleaser for the spring and/or summer 2013 semesters. i have two female roommates, both are very laid back and easy to get along with, and there is one dog at the apartment (female lab mix.) my room is very spacious, with a closet the length of the wall, ceiling fan, a window, and locking door. the bathroom is shared with one of the roommates, but there are two sinks, lots of cabinet space, and a locking door. the living room is large, with high ceilings, two couches, and open walkways to the rooms and the dining room. the dining room is connected to the kitchen, has tiled floors, a refrigerator, oven and stove top, dish washer, duel sink, pantry, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer set. rent is 380 a month, but does not include electric (typically 50) and cable/internet (typically 30). i am willing to pay for the first 6 weeks rent in order to make the moving process easier for the new tenant.
in accordance with luxor management (the landlord) there is a $50 application fee and $200 dollar deposit.
