The apartment is two bed/two bath. The bedroom has a ceiling fan as well with a good shiny window and a large closet. There is a bed, a mattress, and a large study desk. The neighbors are some friendly college students. The rent for the whole apartment is $625 which is the price of 3 years ago at Willowick Apartments. I have been in this apartment for 3 years without any problem. This is a good deal since I am OK to pay extra as my share conditioned on finding a good roommate. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen as well. The sewer and water fee is $39 per month. Although I am sure this is an awesome price, the rent is still negotiable.
