Looking to sublease my great, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment at the Skye Apartments (2905 Inca. St., Denver, 80202). Brand new building with great amenities that include a gym, pool and hot tub area (open year round and heated), common areas for entertaining guests (poker room, party room with big screen - great for football games, and two grill areas). I will cover all of the fees needed to get you onto the lease (deposit and change fees), with the only exception of the $50 application fee (negotiable if that's what it will take).
