It's fully furnished and has a fully applianced and equipped kitchen with new appliances, dinnerware, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, and all kitchen neccessities. Enjoy the dining area with up to seating for 6 chairs, a dishwasher, countertop stove, and refrigerator /freezer. The living room is a spacious gathering area with 2-piece sofa set, one sofa has a queen size sleeper, and there are 3 TVs and a DVD player (expanded cable channel network). There are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have dressers and the master bedroom has an additional cable TV. Ceramic tile and new carpeting thoughout. Just pack your bed linens and bath towels, the rest is all here for you. AC is in the unit, as well as, every room has a ceiling fan. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Enjoy sunrise and sunset in the bright sunroom that overlooks the ocean across the street; listen to the waves crash from our spacious front porch.
