Room for rent in nice townhome, very close to NAU! (flagstaff) $415 3bd

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a nice 3 bedroom town home. Rent is about 415 a month plus utilities. The house is in Boulder Point behind Harkins, about a 5 min drive to the NAU campus. There are 2 guys who will be staying who would preferably like to find someone around their age (NAU students).
