Need a roommate, first month free (Constitution and Elizabeth) $530 1bd

I am about to study abroad and I need someone to take over my lease. I have one roommate and am looking for someone to take over my lease (F). It is not a sublet, you would have the full lease. I will be moving out and will have the apt ready by Jan 1, 2013. It is a two bedroom apt with 1 bedroom for lease. Full bath and kitchen. Fully furnished with closet. Utilities are no more than $30 a month. I will pay the first month's rent. No pets sadly.
