The unit is a lovely spacious 2 story Penthouse. Main floor has a great room with a fully furnished kitchen, spacious seating and dining areas, flat screen tv. Patio doors lead to an outdoor terrace with magnificant views of the ocean and the island of Saba and of the lowlands of the island as well as a private pool for your use. There is a full bath on this level that contains a washer/dryer for use during the week. Lower level has 2 large master suites, each with a full bath. 1st master suite has deck with hot tub and views of the ocean, 2nd master suite has a sitting balcony and views of Simpson bay/lagoon and the tuscany style village of Porto Cupecoy tucked into the hillside of the lagoon. The resort provides cable tv, a small cafe/bar, grocery, an activities scheduling desk and a car rental desk. Internet is provided free of charge in the gathering room/lobby, but is a fee for connection in the penthouse. The resort is within a short walk/drive to one of the most beautiful and less populated beaches on the island, Mullet bay and is withing walking distance of Cupecoy beach. The is an abundance of shopping, dining and excursions to do on this island. Resort is approximately 20 minute drive from Princess Juliana Airport, (SXM airport code).
