It was purchased in 2010 and Mother in law only used it once for about 30 min to go around the neighborhood. So, it is pretty much BRAND NEW! We no longer have a use for this chair. It has been stored indoor. I just recently took it out to garage to take pictures and try to sell it. The batteries are good and hold a great charge. Chair comes with detachable elevating leg rests, Reclining captains seat, complete with owners manual and tool kit that came with chair and of course the battery charger is included.
