We're looking for a reliable responsible party to lease our lakefront home on Norris Lake in Sharps Chapel, TN 37866 for 1-3 months in the summer of 2013. Not interested in shorter term rentals. It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home about 45 minutes from I-75 Exit 122 or North Knoxville (Halls). (From points north, exit I-75 at Corbin and take 25E to 33S to Sharps Chapel Rd). Master has queen bed; small guest room has a double adjustable bed; one office has a double sleeper sofa; the small office has a double futon. Could sleep 8 and a tent could be put on the screen porch or down by the lake for extras. There is a swim platform to tie a boat up to, wifi, DirecTV, and a lawn service will take care of yard maintenance. No smokers or cats (asthma and allergies so we can't allow). Dogs negotiable. Security/cleaning deposit required. If we can find the right family, we'll pile our 3 dogs in the camper and head out for adventures on the open road! Lake front rentals on Norris are typically in the $1800/week (and up) range. We're just looking for enough to reimburse our mortgage and utilities. How does $2000/month sound?
