I need a subleaser for my apartment at Abbott Pointe in east lansing! It is located 1 mile north of MSU, and i'm looking for a female to live with my female roommate. The apartment is really nice. There is cherry wood throughout, granite counters, furnished other than bedroom, a balcony overlooking the woods, plenty of parking for you and guests, a gym, a pool, and more! It is in a great location and has amazing amenities. Rent, 572 a month, includes all utilities except electric, which would be about 15 dollars more. What does this mean?!
