I need to move to a 2 bedroom and am looking for someone who would like to take over my apartment. (You would sign your own lease with the landlord and it would go until the end of July 2013). This is an amazing apartment - there are rarely openings for a one bedroom here! It is a very large one bedroom apartment (approx. 700 sqft), with lots of light and big windows, open floorplan, great closet space (bedroom has walk-in closet), huge kitchen with tons of storage space, large balcony, awesome location for students with a short walk to campus and bus stop right in front of complex, 15 minute walk to downtown, attractive exterior, pets are ok with approval, quiet neighbors and nice trees outside most windows (though they are pretty bare right now!). It is on the second floor and stays nice and toasty right now with the colder weather. Ideally I would like to be out in the beginning of January, but there is flexibility on move-in date.
