We are renting our twin home in South Allentown, which is in Excellent Condition. The lease terms are increments of 1yr. There is a full Attic on the top floor....very good for storage, as it's the length of the house. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. The kitchen, living room and dining room is on the main floor. The basement consist of a laundry room with more storage, the Bonus Room, and 1 full bath. The basement was renovated 1.5yr ago to include the extra room and bath. The entire home was renovated in 2009. There also is a fenced front yard, which was recently stained, as well as a big back-yard. The home also has a fresh coat of paint, which was done in November 2012. A security deposit of $1050 will be required with the first months rent if approved. There also will be a $25 per person (over 18yrs old) application fee, which will consist of checking prior rental history, income/personal references & a credit check. The tenant will also be responsible for all utilities (Gas, Water & Electric). The water bill will be charged Quarterly, as the bill will come to me (Landlord).
