i have a cozy but small one bedroom 2nd floor apartment has a kitchen ( new appliances ) bedroom, living room, and bathroom. this is a 2 family house with a nice older couple on the first floor that are great tenants and neighbors. i pay the heat you pay the electric(the electric bill is only 30.00 to 50.00 a month). there is a huge yard with a good size driveway as well as on street parking i will allow pets with some restrictions. this is a nice apartment and im looking and will wait to get a good tenant thanks for looking 207-459-6664
