Spring 2012 Semester sublease available (3 blocks east of KSU campus on Ratone) $310 5bd

The house available for sublease is a nice 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located just 3 blocks east of campus and relatively close to Aggieville. The house is complete with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. The specific room available for rent is the biggest in the house and located in the basement. 3 of the residents living in the house are brothers and the other is a close friend. The residents are great people and will be no nuisance to a subleaser. My reason for subleasing is I will be student teaching in the spring and will not be living in Manhattan. The house will be available right away for a sublease and will extend through July 31st, 2013. I would be more than willing to show the room and house.
