room for rent 15 minutes from fed-ex (olive branch) $350

I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom house. I live in a nice quiet neighborhood which is only 15 minutes from fed-ex and about the same to the airport. The room has a private bath. I am extremely clean and neat and a non-smoker. The home is beautifully furnished, comfortable and quiet. The ideal person would be a male who is a fed-ex pilot and flys in and out and uses this as a crash pad or someone who travels which gives me time to myself on occasion. I am not looking for someone who would be here every night. The rent is all inclusive and there is cable with high speed internet access. ENOUGH WITH THE SCAMMERS....Highly educated guy here and I won't fall for it so move on.
