To book a property, we just need your name and address for the agreement; which we email. Then you can make payment either by paying
with your credit card right on our website by clicking on our "Charge Your Rental Now" button, or if lead time allows, and you prefer,
you can send in a check. If paid by credit card, we instantly email your payment receipt, then we exchange signed signature pages by fax or mail.
We accept payment through Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal; and we are a verified Paypal merchant.
We then arrange for entry, either by gate and lock box codes or arranging for the owner or an agent to meet you and take you into the property.
We do a $300 to $500 deposit, which you get back minus only the exit cleaning fee ($75 to $125). All utilities are included and the only extra is the tax.
Additionally, we hold the deposit, so you don't get nickel and dimed on replacement sheets, towels, etc. (truth is our landlords don't do this, but this way you sure feel more protected!).
Of course our service is free to tenants as the landlord pays our commission. Another important precaution we take with the real estate debacle down here, is that we don't release any of your money to the landlord until you are in their property and have given us a thumbs up!
