Looking for subletter for Spring Semester at UMN (Mid. Jan. to May) (UMN ) $430 5bd 1300sqft

I'm looking for a subletter to take my place at my apartment while I study abroad in London. The room is shared, but the roommate is neat and orderly. Furnishing is also optional (I can provide a dresser, end table and bed). It's located just outside of Dinkytown and is a New York loft-styled apartment with plenty of space. Features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, mini fridge and 46 inch LCD TV. Utilities are included in the 430 per month rent. Internet/cable is 14.50 per month. It's located on the third (top) floor. A convenience store is right across the street.
