Small Cabin near TC's (Scandia, MN) $900 2bd 864sqft

Now taking reservations for this spectacular semi secluded house on the lake near to the Twin Cities. Close enough to commute to Mpls or St Paul [>40 miles to either city]. This is a two bedroom, one bath, on Big Marine lake just east of Forest Lake in Washington County. I am willing to come and include a pontoon ride during the week, day of your choosing, unless you have your own boat. Limit five people and one pet. Dog only allowed if you can keep him/her off the furniture and out of the neighbors yard. A deposit [$900] is required in cash unless a check is submitted four weeks in advanced. At this time not able to take credit cards. You can get the house on Friday at noon and keep it till the following Thursday at noon. No smoking, excessive noise, nor parties [day visitors okay]. Sorry, I have a very fussy neighbor that will call and complain if dog wanders off my property or there is too much noise. Also, payments are nonrefundable, please consider trip insurance.
