Home is located on the North side of Lake Havasu City, by the new Walmart shopping center. Quiet and remote property with fantastic views!! House is on an acre and a half of property. I am asking $1200 a month for January and February, plus a $500(refundable) security deposit and $100 (non refundable) cleaning fee.
