The Beautiful Victorian is a two-bedroom and two-bath home. This Queen is a single story beauty with approximately 1,200 square feet of living space. There is a full size bed in the master bedroom and a day bed with trundle in bedroom number 2. Bathroom number 1 includes a beautiful Victorian style tub. Bathroom number 2 includes a steam shower.
This wonderful property is located in Pacific Grove only three short blocks to the beach, trails, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and downtown Pacific Grove.
The house was originally built in 1888 and thoroughly rebuilt in 2004. The remodel kept the Victorian charm, but brought modern amenities to the home. The quality of the remodel won the home the designation of the Featured Home for the 2006 Heritage Walk of Pacific Grove.
Enjoy the outdoor spaces at this wonderful retreat as well as the inside. Spend a relaxing afternoon on the covered front porch, pick a lemon from the citrus trees in the front yard, or watch the sailboats drift by from the rooftop deck.
For your entertainment, there are cable televisions in both sleeping areas, the living room and kitchen, as well as a DVD player in the living room.
You will enjoy cooking anything from a breakfast snack to a full dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, including a gas range with self-cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator.
