I have a room available for rent in my Bywater home, beginning in January. There are three rooms (one would be yours) plus a bathroom and kitchen. The home is shotgun style (one side of a shotgun double) and it has a nice backyard that I am currently trying to turn into a garden (you can help if you'd like!). The house is a few minutes from great Bywater establishments like barbecue at The Joint and wine at Bacchanals. It's also about 1.5 miles from Frenchmen Street.
