ITALIAN TRAMONTINA MEAT SLICER (Ridgewood) $650

Tramontina Electric Gravity (meat) slicer, Model 220F Serial #3656 Made in Italy, immaculate, about 8 ½ inch circular blade, 17" long and about 15" wide overall, it's solidly made, stainless steel throughout, a unique (and very beautiful piece of Italian art--enhancing the look of any kitchen or party saloon!) machine and occasion, built like a little tank! It runs on 115 volts, 0.25 hp, weighting about 28 lb, with original manual, drawings etc. I don't have the box for it, in fact I don't think it had one, it was bought on a special occasion, a rare find and opportunity at a professional restaurant equipment/supply store. Excellent for parties and for the gourmand who wants to savor immediately the freshness of a delicate piece of meat cut right before using it, something which is missing when the slicing is done at the store. This is not the silly Chinese junk or stuff from Bloomingdale/Macy's peddled there even by reputable brands. It was never used, and it's still with the factory grease/oil on it.
