I am subleasing my room at Lakeside apartments. This is a four bedroom apartment, which is fully furnished and each room has their own bathroom. Each roommate has their own lease, so if your roommate doesn't pay their rent it doesn't affect you. There is only one other roommate here besides myself and she is very friendly. The rent is $410 and the utilities are all inclusive with the rent. This a very nice location, near shopping areas, restaurants, very quiet/peaceful, and the staff accommodates to your needs to make you feel at home. There is a lot of parking space here, nice club house so you could chill/entertain friends, if you're a student at MSU a personal bus is here and it will take you back and forth to the campus.
