It is an upstairs unit (2nd floor, with no one above) and has 5 months remaining in the lease. (from December- April)
There is a $40.00 application fee (per applicant) and it takes approx. 24 hours to be approved.
Rent is $1,505.00 monthly, and I will require you pay $300 deposit, as I had paid $750.(The original deposit I placed was $750, and will be transferred into new lease holders name at time on move in. I will have the apartment clean before you move in.)
I can no longer afford the apartment by myself, and have recently found that my grandmother needs my assistance.
