We own a timeshare at Peacock Suites, and would like to rent off our time for the 2012 year. It has two double beds for the 1 bedroom suite along with a queen size sofa sleeper allowing enough room for a group of up to 6 adults.
In the 1 bedroom suite, there are two areas (bedroom and living room) so that when the kids or someone else in your group goes to bed, you can still keep it fairly dark in the bedroom area while still having light in the living room. The refrigerator is wonderful for milk and other snacks if you have young kids... and the breakfast room had a nice variety of foods to choose from.
This total cost will not included the required valet fee of $8/day -- this fee is only required if you park in their garage.
Other than the parking cost - there is no other cost - no hotel taxes-- and NO TIMESHARE PRESENTATION for you to attend. This reservation is all set for you to have a magical holiday with your family!
