There is an additional security deposit, which of course you get back when you return the house in the condition you found it. Maximum of 14 persons. You will be inspected at least once during the week by our agent to make things are on track. No drugs or alcohol are allowed. If there are any altercations with the police (noise, drinking, drugs, etc.) you will be evicted immediately. That being said, you can have a great week at the beach. These rules are probably no worse than your parent's rules! We have had great luck over several years with senior groups.
