Fully Furnished Vacation Rental House Goodyear Family Home - Monthly 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Near Palm Valley Golf Course in Goodyear, AZ Close to shopping & restaurants. Walk to Sprouts Grocery. We have a fully furnished house near Palm Valley (Goodyear, AZ) that we want to rent from Jan 7th. We really want someone to enjoy our house rather than have it sit empty. We love it here but I have to work in another city for most of the year. Our House 1600+ sf double story house a few blocks from Palm Valley (but not in the Palm Valley neighborhood). Close to shopping and recreation. It is a nice house but not dazzling. It is roomy, has high ceilings and is in a great neighborhood. It is newer but not ultra classy or flashy. To sum it up - it wasn't designed to be a "vacation rental". It was our winter house. Located in the corner of Dysart and McDowell (Just north of I-10). Palm Valley is a golf community and recreation community (www.palmvalleygolf.com). The course is highly rated and a players card can be purchased for around $99 that allows discounted golf everyday. There are also many other courses nearby. INSIDE Fully furnished including washer and dryer. Brand new low-VOC carpet. Master bedroom with walk-in closet, bath and shower. New Simmons Beauty Rest king mattress. Three bedrooms upstairs with small den. Main floor has a living room and eat in kitchen. Big screen TV. Wireless Internet. Kitchen has all appliances and all pots, pans, silverware, etc. Just about everything you will need. Very cozy and comfortable. OUTSIDE BBQ Fire Pit 2 car garage NEIGHBORHOOD Clean, neat and convenient. You can walk to the grocery store. There is a natural foods grocery store (Sprouts) just 5 minutes on foot. There are 50+ restaurants within 5 minutes. Target, Wal-mart, banks - all within 5 or 10 minutes. Also, close to Nascar, NFL Stadium, NHL arena, spring training for baseball, mountains for biking, hiking and tons of shopping. You won't want to go home. Terms $2200 per month.
