We have furnished rooms available for short term sublet within 10 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh, Google HQ, Shadyside Hospital, the VA, UPMC Presbyterian, Children's Hospital, Montefiore, Allegheny General, West Penn, Magee, and Mercy Hospital; as well as the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, Carlow College, Duquesne University, and Chatham University. Typically you will share the house with other professionals, faculty, researchers, medical students and graduate students who are here on short-term assignments from out of town. Rooms are available on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on availability. Rent is $750-$1,000 per month depending on the room, and includes all utilities, linen, a bi-weekly cleaning service, wireless high-speed internet, cable TV, and free washer and dryer. There is free parking, and the houses are very close to central bus lines.
