(SEE 8 PHOTOS BELOW) Our comfortable roomy vacation home is located on Niets Crest Bay in a very private serene location of Lake Chautauqua, NY; 1186 square feet of living area carpeted throughout. The city of Lakewood, NY is only 5 miles away offering full shopping and restaurant opportunities. A fully equipped kitchen; four burner electric stove top; double electric oven; microwave and enough cookware to prepare full meals. An ample supply of plates, cups, glasses and flatware as well as all necessary cutlery is supplied. Also cupboards contain sundries, spices and dry goods you might forget; cereals and canned goods at the ready to help. Everything needed to serve enjoyable meals in the dining room or on the spacious screened-in sunroom. Three clean, spacious bedrooms can sleep six comfortably; BedRm 1- 1 double bed; BedRm 2- 2 twin beds; BedRm 3- 1 double bed and bunk bed. Two more could be accommodated by the queen sofa bed in the sunroom. Bring your own bedding or bedding can be supplied. Each bedroom as well as the living room has a television and basic cable. The living room has a CD and DVD player. One and a half nicely appointed baths offer additional convenience. An ample supply of towels, but no beach towels are available. Bring your own if you plan outdoor activities, swimming, water skiing, etc. Smoking is NOT permitted in the home but there is an attached deck and smoking can be accommodated on the screened-in sunroom. There is a fire pit near the lake for cozy fires. Remember to bring your own firewood or buy it in Lakewood when you arrive. The dock is excellent for fishing and swimming and an 18' boat lift may be available by arrangement. Sorry, no pets. Mid-season rates (22 Sept to 30 November) -- One person base rate $600/week. For each additional person $100/person/week. Non-refundable booking deposit of $300 cash or money order is due with booking. Low-season (1 Dec - 30 April) -One person base rate $500/week. For each additional person $100/person/week. Non-refundable booking deposit of $300 cash or money order is due with booking. Summer season (1 May to mid September) - One person base rate $900/week. For each additional person $100/person/week. Non-refundable booking deposit of $500 cash or money order is due with booking. Children 7 and under are always free of charge. Balance is payable to our agent on day of arrival, cash only (no personal checks). Usual arrival time Saturday 1 pm to Saturday 11am but other times may be arranged. We are selective about our renters. This magnificent home is in tip top condition. We only rent to individuals whom we feel will treat our place with respect; as if it were their own.
