The kitchen has all black new appliances as well as a stainless steel double sink with disposal. The kitchen counters are faux italian marble and look great. The cabinets in the kitchen are really nice quality a dark wood finish and there is plenty of them. There is also a pantry. A new washer and dryer is included in the apartment At no extra cost. There is more storage space in the washer dryer room. The bathroom features a garden size tub and a huge shower it is tiled. The bathroom has a large mirror mirror and the faux Italian marble counter. There is a linen closet in the bathroom as well as a walk-in closet that my fiancé and I split and we still have room. We both have a lot of clothes and don't run out of space. The bedroom is very big, it could easily fit a king-size bed. There are two windows in the bedroom that look out onto your patio and in the distance, the pool. The bedroom is carpeted, the bathroom has the wood laminate floors and the closet is carpeted. The living room has a nice open feel and includes an area that we made into a dining room. Utilities are very inexpensive as all of the appliances and everything is brand-new and energy efficient. We both love this apartment but have to move. Now is your chance to get in this highly sought after apartment. Luxury living at its finest! The community is awesome they're always community events including parties with free food and food trucks from the area that come in on occasion.
