Need a female to take over the rest of my 12 month lease, I will pay your first months rent which would be January. This apartment is at Wolf Creek Apartments. Rent is $449. The lease ends in July. They pay up to $100 for electric then whatever is left is divided by 4. Cable and internet included. Bedroom has desk, bed, dresser, closet, internet and tv hookup also private bathroom.
