Nice environment, great neighborhood and warm big furnished house near UNC. This house is two-bed room, big kitchen and spacious living room a working room and love restroom. The rent price is 660 dollar per month/ persons or 22 dollars per days. If you rent for more than a month, the price can negotiate. The utilities are included in the rent and include free wireless internet access, electric, water and heat and cooling. I am looking for someone to sublease the room for a short stay starting now and ending on Feb 8, 2013. Ultimately, I would love the renter to be easy going and clean.
