Sublease in Cary near Crossroads and US 40 (Cary) $545 1bd

I am trying to find someone to take over my lease ASAP to the end of June. I am going to be moving to Charlotte for work and need someone to sublease my room. I do currently have a 25 year old male roommate, who is rarely home. the total rent is $1090 a month, but does include both cable and internet. The complex is pet friendly and my current roommate does have a small dog that sometimes lives in the apartment, although it normally lives with his girlfriend. The living room has a couch, but both of us tended to stay to ourselves in our respective rooms. The room includes a non attached full bath, washer and drier and all major appliances.
