$500 Furnished Apartment at The Retreat $500 1bd

I just got a summer internship so I am looking to sublease my apartment for May- the end of July (dates are negotiable). The house is two stories with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms all together. The house is already furnished and has been well maintained. Rent for the Retreat is usually $625+ so this is a really good deal! The Retreat is a wonderful place to live and the staff is very accommodating. There is a pool, fitness center and dog park on the grounds. The Retreat also offers a shuttle to and from campus, as well as a downtown shuttle from 10:30pm to 2:00am on the weekends (extremely convenient!). Email me with any questions!
