I have a very clean one bedroom apartment at the Waterford apt in Morrisville for sublet, it is within 5 min from RTP. I already paid the month of January and I am only asking that you pay me 70% the prorated rent for this month if you wish to move in this month. You do not need to pay me the deposit and the other fees I paid. I am hoping to move out of the apartment within the next week or so I rented the apartment in October and I barely lived there because I travel frequently for work.
