Beautiful 2 bdroom townhouse! (East Rochester) $770 2bd

I am looking to sublet my townhouse in East Rochester. Its located in Woodland Estates right off of the East Rochester exit off of 490 East. The maintenance and office staff here is great, never had any problems. There is a washer and dryer hookup downstairs, an outdoor utility closet and an onsite laundry facility. The kitchen has ample cabinet space and a dishwasher. The two bedrooms have full wall to wall closeting. The smaller of the two bedrooms even has a walk in closet which I am currently using as my son's toyroom. The only reason I am looking to sublet is because my car was wrecked today and I have no transportation to get to my school or work anymore, I don't want to end up in debt because of this. I am moving back home and want someone to be able to enjoy my townhouse as much as we have. I should have everything ready for move in by mid December or end of the month.
