This is a wonderful, charming, quiet retreat for anyone visiting, relocating, or establishing their son or daughter at Chico State. Or for someone who just needs comfortable short term housing.
There is a two pet maximum, and a three person maximum for this unit. (Third person is extra $10/night if over age 6). The bedroom has two bedside tables with drawers, a large cabinet for storage, and a closet with shelving. The kitchen has a lovely round retro style table with three matching dining chairs. The outside patio has a nice sitting area with a small table, a propane BBQ, a small dining table with chairs, and a storage shed with lock. *NOTE: The patio has been redone, and looks much nicer now, than in craigslist photos and airbnb photos (website).
