I have a two bedroom condo available from November 28 to 30, 2012 at the Lawrence Welk Resort Villas in Escondido. This is a large two bedroom single level condo with with two full baths. The bedrooms and baths are separated by the living room, dining and kitchen so you have lots of privacy. The sofa in the living room makes into a queen size bed. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has two double beds. The bedrooms and the living room open to the patio. The condo is located right on the golf course so you will have a great view of the golfers. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything that you will need including all the dishes, pots and pans and small appliances. There is also a washer and dryer. This unit is a single level unit so there is no one above or below you. It is located right across from the Melody Hill clubhouse where the work out facility, sauna, tennis courts, pool and spa are located. It is walking distance to Villas on the Green where the water slide is located and also walking distance close to the retail/theatre area.
Celebrate the summer with seven pools, two giant water slides, game rooms, spas, sauna, workout facility, tennis and lots of planned activities for all ages. There are two golf courses on site and over thirty within a short drive. The Temecula wineries are only twenty minutes up the I-15 and there are three wineries in Escondido. The beaches in Carlsbad and Oceanside are less than thirty minutes away. During this time the Del Mar Fair will be up and running and thit is thirty minutes away. On the east side of Escondido is the San Diego Zoo's Safari Park. The main San Diego Zoo is about forty minutes away down the freeway. Disneyland is about 90 minutes away. Every one wo stays at this resort absolutely loves it!

You can pay by credit card through Paypal. We will consider splitting this week into three and four days. We would rent Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights for a total of $450. If you rented this time from Welk direct it would cost you over $500.
