We're looking to swap our beautiful 3 bedroom house in the middle of the San Francisco Hills for your west side Manhattan apartment from Dec 4th - December 23rd. (20 nights)
I am a violinist looking for short term accommodation this December while performing at the NY Irish Arts Center on 51st street and 11th Ave.
I will be traveling with my 6 month old baby girl and my mother who will mind her while I'm performing in the evenings, so two beds minimum are a must.
My husband and our 6 year old daughter will also be staying for the first 5 days only.
As I will be returning from West 51st street each evening, access to a subway stop I can reach from the A,C, or E train would be helpful.
My mother and I are both very clean, responsible people with references, healthy and non smoking and will treat your home with care. I am also great with plants and small pets.
